Message in a bottle for peace of mind. This bottle scheme can be obtained from Southend Library, police stations and local neighbourhood watch schemes. The plastic bottle holds details of a person's medical history, next of kin, and their GP. Easily located, by phone or bed.
These services provide a pendant alarm. A central monitoring station will be alerted in an emergency. Normally you will need two or three friends, relatives or neighbours who can be contacted if you need help. These should be people who live within easy travelling distance.
