Days at the Haven is pet-friendly, offering a pleasant atmosphere for both residents and their beloved animals. Talk to us if you have any questions about this.
Do you accept funded places?
Yes, we can take direct payments from Southend Borough Council if eligible.
Your place at Days at the Haven can be paid privately, by Social Services, Direct Payments or a combination of the two.
Direct Payments are local council payments for people who have been assessed as needing help from social services, and who would like to arrange and pay for their own care and support services instead of receiving them directly from the local council.
Your local council must offer you the option of direct payments in place of the services you currently receive. If you are not receiving social services and would like to know more, please contact Southend Social Services: 01702 352641
